Delivery terms, right of withdrawal and refunds

Digital products, such as e-books, are delivered immediately after a completed and approved payment, via a download link or an email to the address you provided at checkout. Delivery normally happens immediately, but may in exceptional cases take up to 24 hours.

Websites, apps and other digital solutions are delivered according to the timeline stated in the quote. The delivery period begins once the necessary material and information has been received from the customer. Delays caused by missing material or late approvals may affect the delivery time.

Delivery takes place digitally — through publication, handover of code and accounts, or in another manner as agreed.

For business customers (B2B), the right of withdrawal under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act does not apply. For private customers, the right of withdrawal ceases once work on a custom service has begun with the customer's approval, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

When purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately, you consent to delivery starting right away, and the right of withdrawal therefore ceases once the download or access has begun.

Because our services are custom-made, amounts for work that has already begun are normally not refunded. When a refund is approved, it is made to the same payment method used for the purchase, normally within 14 days.

If a digital product is faulty or cannot be delivered, we will refund the full amount.

Contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong with the delivery. We correct faults covered by the agreed specification at no extra cost.
