Payment terms

Payment is made by card through our payment provider Stripe, or by invoice as agreed. Stripe handles card details according to the PCI-DSS standard and the details are never stored by us.

Invoices must be paid no later than the stated due date, normally 10 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. For larger projects, part payment may apply — e.g. 50% at project start and 50% on delivery.

In the event of late payment, a payment reminder is sent first. If payment is still not made, Milliano Studio is entitled to charge interest on arrears under the Swedish Interest Act as well as the statutory reminder fee. The matter may then be passed to debt collection.

Prices stated on the website exclude VAT unless otherwise indicated. Swedish VAT (25%) is added for customers in Sweden. For business customers within the EU holding a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies.

Because our services are custom-made, amounts for work already begun are normally not refunded. Any refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

All card payments are encrypted via Stripe. We never have access to your full card details. Read more about Stripe's security at stripe.com.
