Milliano Studio is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. Contact: hello@millianostudio.se.

We collect information you provide yourself via contact forms, email or when placing an order — for example, name, email, phone number, company details and information about your project. During payment, card details are handled directly by our payment provider Stripe and are never stored by us.

The information is used only to communicate with you, carry out your project, send invoices, provide support and fulfil our legal obligations (e.g. bookkeeping).

We never sell your personal data and never share it without your consent, except when required to deliver our services or by law — for example, to payment providers (Stripe), web hosts, bookkeeping systems or other technical partners needed to carry out the project.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil our agreement with you or as required by law — for example, the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (7 years for invoice records). Contact inquiries that don't lead to an agreement are normally deleted within 12 months.

We work with modern security practices — encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access control and secure storage — to protect your data against unauthorised access.

You have the right to request information about what personal data we process about you, as well as to request correction, deletion, restriction or data portability where possible under applicable data protection legislation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

The website only uses necessary cookies to make the site work. We do not use third-party cookies for tracking or marketing.
